Next up was a new campaign for a government department, the Food Standards Agency. The FSA brought in a new food labelling
idea called the traffic light system to go on packs of food. It was about the levels of salt, sugar and fats. Red meant high, amber meant medium and green was low. We created the poster and we thought it was such a strong design that we made it the focal point of our campaign of animated tv shorts. We used Dawn French as the voice of the person in the ads, much to her hilarity when she saw that she was VOing a matchstick woman. Food Standards Association Agency: United London
